Big hype, little substance

While the rooftop pool and room sizes were impressive, the experience fell short. The food at the hotel was disappointing, and service inconsistencies left much to be desired. Despite the stylish decor, the upkeep of the property and amenities didn't reflect a five-star rating. Better options exist in Bali for the price.

We had a lovely family stay with a spacious room and enjoyed friendly service. The rooftop pool provided a stunning sunset view. The free shuttle to the beach was a bonus, but they should offer more frequent trips. Don't miss the buffet breakfast!

During my stay, I found it so easy to walk to the nearby Cocoon Beach Club in just a few minutes and enjoy the local cafes like Black Pit Coffee, which was only a few steps away. the friendly staff really made me feel at home, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhanced my experience.

We had a fantastic stay with tons to do nearby, like the amazing Potato Head Beach Club. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made every aspect of our trip enjoyable—especially the delicious breakfast options that were surprisingly flexible with requests.

My kids wished for a few more activities tailored for families, like a kids' club or organized games.

This place suits me perfectly, offering excellent Wi-Fi, a fantastic outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with early check-in on my first stay. Highly recommend it for anyone! I'm coming back for a business trip.

Location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. Our room was spacious with air conditioning, a balcony, and a minibar. Spa facilities like the outdoor swimming pool and massage services were top-notch. Breakfast had great options, including fresh fruit and pastries. Staff was super friendly and helpful with all requests.

My experience was marred by multiple inconveniences. Upon arrival, our room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a filthy toilet. Additionally, the advertised children's facilities were disappointing, lacking proper ventilation and cleanliness.

The TSand Suite was a pleasant stay, featuring a very clean environment and a lovely pool area. Staff provided amazing service, always attentive and helpful. However, some common issues arose, like overpriced drinks and a lack of prompt service, with staff often appearing disinterested. While the location was decent, other amenities like the gym felt slightly outdated.

My stay at TS Suites in Seminyak was good! The spacious TShell Room offered modern comfort. While breakfast choices could improve, I appreciated the warm pool and convenient location. I'll definitely return for another visit!
