Received free airport transfer and massage for staying 8+ nights, enjoyed a la carte menu at TStore Cafe, pool overlooks the city, lots of dining options, fitness center well-equipped.

Motorbikes outside my room had a lovely background noise.

Fabulous and beautiful hotel, the services were excellent, fantastic location to everything you could possible want. I had an absolutely gorgeous and beautiful room with great shower pressure, all the comforts, 2 bedrooms. The breakfast was exceptionally nice with good view, fresh made omelettes, a cake and attention to detail. I had a delightful stay in a long time.

Food was reasonably priced and I have nothing but very nice memories from this trip. The staff members were pleasant and exceptional. The hotel room was spacious, had super fast internet, a mini-bar and a storage space. The pool was good and I had free soft drinks in the downstairs bar. Obviously that free Wi-Fi throughout the property was really handy.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Bali that felt like a second home. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff who even carried my luggage to my room. The customer service throughout my stay was top-notch, with the employees always greeting me and providing quick and professional assistance. Special thanks to the concierges who helped me with tour reservations and gave great restaurant recommendations. The room itself was excellent, with a well-stocked minibar and free WiFi. Although the hotel was not right on the beach, they offered a convenient beach shuttle and it was still within walking distance. The hotel also had a great poolside area with ample seating and a beautiful view. The variety and taste of the food at the hotel were impressive, and the hotel architecture was modern and unique. this hotel provided a great and luxurious experience that I would highly recommend.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were ok.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to the beach area and a big supermarket, as well as being in the heart of the town. The room and bathroom were nice and clean with good facilities. The service was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choices and good quality.

One downside was the pool area. It was small and uninviting, not like the pictures on the website.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. TS Suites provided a fantastic stay that I thoroughly enjoyed.

We loved the infinity pool with great DJ and free shuttle service to the beach every 30 mins. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The hotel facilities including American billiards, all-day breakfast, gym, pool tables were great. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

Nothing is perfect.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a week and it was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities were excellent and fulfilled all our needs. The spacious room with a pool view was amazing and had all the facilities we needed including a well-equipped and clean spa and wellness centre. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight of our stay, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The bar and restaurant were great with lots of tasty food options and the in-room breakfast was fantastic. The private facilities were also exceptional and added to the overall luxurious atmosphere. The service from the friendly and professional staff was outstanding, always attentive and helpful, making us feel very welcome and comfortable.

The only minor negative thing we experienced was that the entertainment options were limited. However, this was not a big issue for us since there were so many other enjoyable activities we could do.

The complementary New Year's Eve party bag and champagne bottle was a nice touch. The location was great, close to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool had an amazing view.
